SUMMARY:Data Science Day
DESCRIPTION:The Data Science Day is the annual in-person gathering of the Data Science Expert Group\, WAN-IFRA’s community of practice for ​ news media professionals working in data science\, data analytics\, and data engineering. \n \nThe event is open to WAN-IFRA members already registered in the Data Science Expert Group. \n \nFollowing one year of virtual meetups\, the one-day event hosted at French newspaper le Figaro in Paris will be an opportunity to meet in person and explore use cases\, projects\, tools\, and ways of addressing recurring challenges around the priorities of newsrooms to grow audiences\, deepen user engagement\, and optimise reader revenues. \nThe morning will be filled with several presentations by guest speakers and members of the Group.
