More about Scott Keller:

Scott Keller has over 27 years of experience in executive and entrepreneurial leadership in the Customer Experience (CX) marketplace working with the Fortune 1000 globally.  His domain expertise includes business to business and technology transformation, strategy development, program management, Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Roadmap development, marketplace advocacy and organizational design. He serves on several Board and Board Advisory roles for private companies focusing on strategic growth plans, customer engagement, market and product development strategy and company valuation and M&A strategy.

Keller specializes in customer relationship and lifecycle management, contact center strategic optimization, customer lifetime value and e-commerce and market/product positioning.  He is a frequent speaker and content contributor for CRM publications and Industry associations annually.  Mr. Keller is a Board Member of the Customer Value Foundation.

Mr. Keller most recently retired as the President and remains co-owner of TPG Inc. and oversaw customer engagement and CX delivery and strategy, client return on investment, organizational development, market positioning, revenue, market advocacy and client engagement leadership.
