In October 2021, she pivoted to the SaaS space by joining Sophi, where she now specializes in customer success and operations with a primary focus on Sophi's Dynamic Paywall solutions. She partners closely with publishers throughout onboarding and long-term optimization to ensure Sophi’s solutions align seamlessly with their business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

Known for a customer-first, data-driven approach, she excels at translating insights into action, strengthening relationships, and streamlining processes to support sustainable growth. She also serves as a critical feedback link between customers and Sophi’s product and engineering teams, helping guide ongoing innovation and continuous improvement.
