Evaluating the best approach for centralizing corporate support processes
CLIENT:
Global Human Resource Consulting Firm
OBJECTIVE:

Analyze the current cost structure and productivity levels for corporate support processes to develop a baseline and design a strategy for centralizing the processes to maximize business performance.

APPROACH:

Mather developed a model of the current cost structure across multiple corporate locations following a series of acquisitions.  A business plan was then developed that supported recommendations on integrating the support operations into one location.

RESULT:

The client centralized corporate support processes using the business plan and operational recommendations developed during the engagement.  The centralization achieved the projected savings and productivity levels defined in the business plan.
