OBJECTIVE:
Develop a business plan and supporting analysis for a proposed digital exchange for the international meat and poultry trade.
APPROACH:
Mather developed a financial model to support the business plan and venture capital presentation for an international meat and poultry digital exchange. Mather also facilitated a pricing strategy discussion with the client to determine how best to align the pricing strategy and revenue model with the overall strategy of the firm.
RESULT:
Revenue models were selected for each service bundle and preliminary price points were selected. A quantitative analysis of the revenue and costs was completed. These materials were used in presentations to investors.
