He previously served as Executive Vice President at Inka Solutions, LLC, for over a decade. Bill’s extensive background includes more than 30 years in senior leadership at the Charlotte Observer, American Opinion Research, and the New York Times Regional Media Group.

A specialist in audience engagement and revenue growth, Bill leverages deep analytical insights to help clients refine their subscriber acquisition and retention strategies.

Committed to civic leadership, Bill is a mainstay of the Old Seminole Heights community and a founding member of the Hampton Terrace Community Association. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the City of Tampa Human Rights Board and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
