Dustin Tetley works closely with clients to gain an understanding of their current challenges relating to customer retention and churn. He leverages this understanding to develop strategies to support the customer yield management objectives identified, managing and analyzing data sets using the statistical software, Stata. Dustin has partnered with international media companies to implement customer retention strategies and initiatives to increase revenues. His primary focus is supporting Mather’s European clients; which began in 2015, while he lived in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Before joining our team, Dustin was a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers and focused on business process improvement and business systems analysis for various Fortune 500 clients.
Dustin holds three separate Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Management, Information Systems, and Finance and International Business, accompanied by a minor in French, from the University of Georgia.
